What we collect

When you submit the lead form on this site, we collect your name, firm name, work email, phone number, primary state, monthly lead budget range, and optionally your current lead source. We also receive standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use the information to send you the requested state availability and CPL benchmark report, to follow up about your interest in MVA leads, and to operate this website. We do not sell your information.

Where it lives

Form submissions are forwarded to a Google Sheet maintained by our team and may be processed by our email service provider for follow-up. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider (Vercel).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by emailing tarun@masstortagency.net. We respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by changing the “last updated” date above.
